For me, it’s about coming back to feeling whole so that I am confident when I do come home to myself. I think that it shows everybody how we all use the pause so differently, but yet the way that it works for us. [Music] Hello everybody and welcome to another episode of the Power in the Pause podcast. How are you guys doing today? So without further ado, welcome to today’s episode. I am joined by my dear dear friend and I really call you my soul sister, Jenniferio. Hello Jennifer, how are you? Hello. That’s the best thing I’ve heard all day. A I love you. You know how I love you. Yay. Well, you you guys are all in for a treat today

01:19

because Jennifer is here to chat with me all about how it is that each and every one of you get to learn how to pause and listen to your soul. This is like no joke. This is like my soul language. I’m very excited. You guys will understand the little pun I just made for Jen right now. So, let me share a little bit more with you all about Jennifer. So Jennifer is the founder of soul language, a paradigm that puts tangibility to soul so a conscious connection can be established to enable crystal clearar

01:54

decisions for success. Jennifer is also a master intuitive and the author of two best-selling books. Currently, she has trained over 30 practitioners worldwide in soul language. Currently, there are over 5,000 individuals all over the world connecting to their soul languages, and I am one of them. So, Jennifer, welcome to the show. Thank you so much. I’m so honored to be here. Truly honored. Oh, honey, it goes both ways. I love you and I love talking to you about this. Um, so before we dive into our fun topic, I always ask every

02:31

single one of my guests to please share how it is that you found your own power in the pause and how that applies to the work that you do today. Well, I used to actually say practice the pause to clients. Like for me, why that was so powerful is like I always paused and and saw myself on a train platform and I could pause and I could go to life purpose or I could pause and go to life lesson and I have condos there. I’m a mayor, right? And that’s how I really like integrated that to like okay, how

03:07

am I using my energy? Am I using it for my goodness, which is purpose or am I using it to keep myself in struggle and in pain and programming? No. judgement. I’ve been there. We’ll be back again. Maybe I’m going to put a pool in now. Right. And then that’s how I’ve I’ve used it. That’s so powerful. And I think that it shows everybody how we all use the pause so differently, but yet the way that it works for us. So, what I would like for you to also share with our audience today, because some people

03:38

are probably going with the Hello Soul language, what does that mean? So would you mind before we dive into our like main topic today? This is an important piece just so that people can understand what exactly is soul language and how does it serve as that pathway for the people that you work with. I I would be honored. So soul language puts tangibility to our essential nature. Some people call that soul. And it uses three different categories. Your mission, how you fuel that mission, and then your soulful personality. Why do

04:10

you want that? First of all, humans love words. And when we have words to what we know deep down inside, we can form a real conscious connection instead of operating on our autopilot, on our painful experiences, on our limiting beliefs. And so it becomes a really profound tool. And there’s 107 different core energies across the three different categories. We each have three. And when you have it, it becomes a jumping part to clarity, to consciousness, to creating and manifesting what you want versus manifesting through

04:46

your pain. Okay. So, help us to understand then like how is it that our soul gets identified? Like what does that mean? So we do a process called therapeutic kinesiology where I or another practitioner uses their body to talk to your soul and your soul moves our body like a pendulum down the testing sheet and that’s how we identify the soul languages. So it’s not through your birthday. It’s not through the you know your birth chart or anything. You can’t throw it. You can’t throw that test. And

05:17

I hear the same thing all the time. Oh my god, are you in my head? My god, do I get to accept this? Wow. So, we do it through a process that’s really metaphysical and energy driven. And so, how has that work really helped you to teach your clients? Because I know I know what my soul languages are in both personal and business, you guys. So, sometimes I want to, you know, just highlight that your soul language in your business and in your personal life do tend to be different. I don’t know if you see that anybody’s are the same.

05:50

I’ve seen one person out of like 6,000 who had identical personal and business languages and there was no separation. Like she would like go to the grocery store and talk to the woman and there would be a business. Like it was kind of an amplification of energy that wasn’t conscious and it was kind of miserable for her. But very rarely, right? Very complicated. But very rarely do I see someone who has languages in common with their personal soul and their business soul. And it becomes a vehicle for

06:21

people to stop doing their life through their head and actually just pause and tune in, tune into your soul and go, okay, what’s the right move here? What divinely inspired action do I get to take? And what internal action do I get to also take to make that divinely inspired action? And internal actions are an acceptance, letting go, an activation, or an allowing. Yeah. So, let’s go a little bit deeper into this practicing the pause, right? Because I know that when I’m tapping in and going in and, you know, connecting

06:54

with my soul language, mostly in my business, I will be honest. Let’s talk through sort of like what is that process to pause so that we can listen because I’m sure that there are people who are listening to the show today that are like that’s so hard for me or oh god, what are they going to tell me or what is it that I’m going to hear? And how do you distinguish between like your soul language speaking to you versus your fear and ego? First of all, when you’re hearing your soul through fear and programming, it’s going to sound and

07:29

feel different. But what’s really happening is you’re hearing your soul just through different filters. So this happens a lot with people and not enough. So the soul is always saying more, more and more. And our little tiny brains hear not enough, not enough, not enough. Right? That’s the difference. So when you have that connection, you’re bypassing a lot of that fear. But for people who are like, “Oh my god, I’m so afraid.” Your soul is never going to say anything that like you suck. It’s just

07:56

not. And it’s not going to say anything that you can’t do. You might not be ready for it. So when that happens, go, “Okay, soul. I know you told me to like create a whole event, but I’m not ready for that yet. What’s that first step?” And for those of us who have warrior energy and are like, I am not sitting oming on a mountain, right? That would be me. Hello out there, right? Connect your soul as or practice the pause in the shower. Go and do dishes and ask your question of your soul and watch it pop. Do

08:32

something that keeps the body busy and active so you can listen and pause and really be in communication with your heart and with your soul. So you just named one of the soul languages, right, which is warrior. How many are there? And like how do you do you just call them out? Like what do you do? You’re like, “Okay, I know that my soul one of my soul languages is is warrior. I’m very clear on who she is and when she’s speaking to me. But for somebody who out there is listening to this and going

09:04

like, well, how many of these are there? How do I how do I distinguish, you know, that it’s my worrier soul language versus another, etc. So there’s 107 across the three different categories. And what we like to do when we introduce people to their three core energies of soul, we actually like to form a conscious connection between their humanness and that part of their soul. And another way to do this, and we can all do this even if you don’t have your languages identified, is just close your eyes and imagine your soul need an eye

09:39

to eye in your mind’s eye with you. And then the most profound question you can ask is, “What do I need to know right here, right now?” and just listen. But when you know your soul languages, we like to I always say like bring it up like let it step forward. And a lot of people get visuals. Uh I have one client who has little different figurines on her desk to so she remembers which soul language is talking. And it’s a really about finding your own rhythm, right? It’s brilliant. It’s the jumping off

10:12

point. It’s a very evolving paradigm, meaning it it grows in consciousness, but it’s not the end all to be all. It gives you a structure so you can find your own way and your own connection. So you can start to really take action based on your profound listening and your profound intuition and your profound guidance rather than doing your life by jury which is like tell me this person and tell me this person and tell me this person and by the end you’re like I don’t know what choice to make because I’m so confused. Right? It

10:45

really allows a sacred relationship between you and your soul and you and your higher power. And for me, I don’t think I would have gotten through life without that. Like there are some dark days, right? Like you’re like, “I don’t know if I want to get out of bed.” And that even if it’s quiet, it’s your soul saying, “Okay, you you got this. You’re doing great.” Right? And let’s move forward a little or let’s love each other a little more. So it’s so beautiful, Jennifer. And I’m I’m also thinking through like so just

11:18

to give our listeners some context like when I call in my soul language team, I call them my team. Yeah. They all sit what I envision everyone listening is they’re all at a round table. Yeah. Like it’s almost like I just got chills even saying that. Like it’s very much like they are in like a semicircle of a round table and your board of directors. my board of directors 100%. And here I am, you know, in my mind, right? I’m walking into the room to have a conversation with my my board of directors. And you

11:53

know, for me visually, like I know what my process is and and I use this visual often because you’ve taught it to me. And it’s part of how I’m able to show up for my clients. It’s how I’m able to grow my business. It’s how I’m also able I use it and we’ll get into that in other areas of our life but give me an example of like a or speak to a client that you have worked with where or you know and feel free to use me as well because we’ve done work together around this um but you know just give an

12:24

example of like what was happening before what happened when the soul languages were identified and then what was the end result on the other side. Yeah. So this just happened today. So, I identified a woman who has the tone, which is your soulful personality category called ring master. Ring masters are really cool. They’re exactly what it that it the definition sounds like, like they like to be in the center. They like to manage the show and they’re really here and they prefer to move towards greatness.

12:58

Um, so I said, okay, we introduced her to the ring master and I said, this is probably your most underused language. She’s like, “Oh, okay.” And we made the introduction. I was like, “Okay.” So, she’s like, “Well, this doesn’t resonate with me at all because I never want to be in the spotlight.” And I said, “Okay, tell me what spotlight means to you.” And she goes, “Failure and fear.” And I went, “Oh, that’s why it’s underused.” Right? So, we did some work. We did some safety work. We move some beliefs.

13:28

And I was like, “Okay, so let’s talk about what you would say now that you have this more I’m safe to be in the spotlight.” And I asked her a question and she went and it was so beautiful and so full of emotion in the best possible way versus before when I asked her was very like by the numbers I left like it was like totally different person. Yeah. It allows people to come more fully into who they are and really accept. So they can use all of that goodness inside of them in a very concrete directed way to

14:05

experience what they want. And you know for me my tone is called graceful warrior. That’s that warrior energy. And I remember when I you know I mean I was in corporate America and I’d be like can you pass a pen? And they’d be like why are you so aggressive? I’m like, I just asked for a pen. And I remember the moment that I accepted it in a whole what new way. I just met this person. We sat down. I had coffee. I was like, oh yeah, I have warrior energy. And the guy went, “That’s cool.” And I went, “Oh my god, I

14:37

accepted it out picturing. I must be upleing because yesterday someone didn’t accept it.” And waffle. Um, right. And so it also gives me that awareness like where am I making more with things and how can I pause and go within and ask that graceful warrior what’s up? Why am I trying to fight my way through this? What do I need? What do I get to accept? What do I get to let go of? what experience or belief is rising to the top so it can be shifted and I can create something new more positive more

15:18

goodness more abundance because or more freedom which is what I always want to experience. Yeah. And and you know Jen what’s coming up for me as you’re talking too is you know and as you know like a all of the work I do is is helping women to learn how to trust themselves which is really their intuition unapologetically. And I’d love for you to speak into how have you seen people identifying their soul languages help them to build and learn how to hear, use, and trust their intuition. So, everyone, it’s a great question

15:49

because everyone’s like, “What’s the difference between intuition and soul?” I’m like, “Intion is your soul speaking to you.” Like, it it’s the way your soul and the universe god tree Bob cupcake communicate with you. So by understanding your soul languages, you have a better sense and you have a muscle to work it, a structure to work it to go ask what I’m saying. I always when we’re working with a client and we introduce and we connect and I ask a question, I always go, okay, whatever you feel, hear, or sense, just blurt

16:19

out. I go, don’t don’t kind of like analyze it. Just blow out blow it like out. And I’ll ask them a question and they’ll say it right away. And I’ll go, okay, so that’s a popping. It pops in your head. Now you have an awareness that it pops in your head. Let’s go back into that connection and ask for a visual. They’re like, “Oh, I got a visual.” I’m like, “Yeah, let’s go back in that and ask for a feeling.” So, it allows you to build build those claires. And what happens is also people go, “Oh my god, I kind of been like hearing all

16:49

this all the time and I’ve been ignoring it.” And so, wait, now I can take action. And so, you build trust, right? And trust is a practice. And I also suggest people also keep a intuition journal because so often we get information and we don’t know if it’s accurate because we don’t have the results. I remember doing a reading for in a class with this this woman and I was like, “You’re going to get three new dogs.” And she’s like, “No, I’m not. I’ve got two dogs. I’m not blah blah blah. I’m not.” I’m like, “Oh, okay. No

17:26

attachment. Just telling you what I’m saying.” Right. I made a like I made a note in it. Right. You’re like just write it down. No. Three years later. No, about a year and a half later, those two dogs died. She got three dogs. They were all brothers. Now, I didn’t go back to her and go, I was right. Told you. I told you so. But it’s important that you understand how you see and what questions to ask. And I think knowing your soul languages, you are inclined to ask more interactive questions which builds that knowledge of

18:01

how you get your information when it’s based on intuition. Yeah. And I mean, I’d love for you to kind of as we wrap our conversation today, Jennifer, is to talk through like what is it that is on the other side for people, whether it be business, personal life, right? uh relationships, um career, overall well-being, like what is on the other side? What is that transformation awaiting them when they learn this? Yeah. So, I was thinking about this today because I think on the other side of the results, we kind of

18:34

all want more abundance, more love, more joy, blah blah blah. Uh but we only really want those things because we want to stop the anxiety or the fear in our body. And what soul languages provides is this deep understanding and deep connection. So you don’t have to live even if it’s small with anxiety, fear, overwhelm. It gives you this safe harbor. And from there you can take action which means the manifestation process is much easier. The receiving is much easier. the joy that you’re able to feel less

19:11

the pain and suffering, you can avoid that. It’s like a song, right? You get all right notes, is just easier. There’s a lot more freedom where you’re not uh white knuckling your life when you feel really supported. And the only way you’re going to ever really feel supported is from within externally. So it I always hear like, “Oh my god, like I feel like I’m coming home because you are.” My god, you just read my mind. I do that every once in a while. I know. I’m like literally in my head I was like

19:47

they’re coming home to themselves. I think that’s so beautiful, right? Because you know when I was writing down when you were talking the other download that came through was that at the end of the day like we want to feel whole and to me to some people that may be your version of wanting to feel enough. For me it’s about coming back to feeling whole so that I am confident when I do come home to myself that all the answers are inside. And that’s that’s what I’m hearing you say which is so beautiful.

20:17

Jennifer, thank you. Well, I love you so much and I want to make sure that everybody knows where they can find you or if they want to learn more about the Soul Language and the work that you do.
