I’m Wendy Paige Sterling — intuitive business mentor, energy healer, and founder of The Sacred Feminine CEO™.
I didn’t always live this way. For most of my life, I followed the rules, did everything “right,” and built the kind of life that looked perfect from the outside. Corporate career. Beautiful family. The right zip code.
And I was quietly dying inside.
Disconnected from my intuition.
Running on achievement and approval.
Sacrificing myself for the version of me the world wanted.
In 2017, my 16-year marriage ended, and the life I thought I was building collapsed overnight. That pain cracked me open also led me back to my intuition, my spiritual gifts, and the truth that the power I’d been chasing outside of myself had always been within me.
I rebuilt. I thrived. I thought I’d found my way home.
And then, in 2022, my mom died.
Her loss split me wide open. She had been my anchor, my safe place, my greatest protector, my best friend. With her gone, I was forced to see the world, and myself, in an entirely new way. It was raw, messy, and excruciating and it was the initiation that called me even deeper into my soul’s work.
I began listening in ways I never had . . . more to my body and less to my mind.
Feeling the yes in my heart and the no in my chest.
I trusted goosebumps more than spreadsheets.
I spoke with my mom in meditation, wrote down the visions that arrived, and followed nudges that defied logic, each one leading to something richer than I could have planned (like hitting 6-figures in 2 months).
This is the work I now bring to every woman I mentor.
I’ve built two soul-led businesses to 6 and 7 figures, guided thousands of women into their deepest truth, and become a certified life coach, Advanced ThetaHealer®, Reiki healer, and sound healer. My podcast episodes have been downloaded over 250,000 times, and my clients have created new levels of wealth, freedom, and peace they once thought impossible.
My work is part strategy, part energy, part deep remembrance because the next level of your success isn’t about doing more. It’s about becoming more of who you already are.
