BEFORE THE NEW EI®

For more than two decades, I knew how to make things happen.

I built my career inside some of the most influential names in media and women’s lifestyle, including Horizon Media, Initiative Media, Time Inc., Refinery29, and Who What Wear. I led teams, built multimillion-dollar regions, exceeded ambitious revenue goals, and became very good at being the woman who knew what to do. I could read people. I could anticipate what was needed. I could walk into a room, understand the dynamics, and adjust.

From the outside, it looked like confidence. But there is a difference between being highly capable and deeply trusting yourself. And I didn’t fully understand that difference until the life I had built began asking me to become someone else.

WHEN EVERYTHING CHANGED

I didn't discover my intuition.
I remembered it.

I was deeply intuitive as a little girl. I could feel and know things I couldn't explain, and I had experiences that made the unseen feel just as real to me as the world I could see. I also learned very young that being fully myself could come with a cost. I was afraid that if I trusted what I felt, said what I knew, or allowed that part of me to be seen, I might not be loved and worse, I would be abandoned.

So I did what so many of us learn to do when belonging feels more important than truth.

I shut it down.

For nearly three decades, I built a life without consciously relying on that piece of myself. I became successful, built a career, got married, became a mother, and learned how to read a room exceptionally well.

Until one night, my intuition refused to stay quiet.

My husband received a phone call, and before I had evidence or an explanation, I felt a visceral gut punch. The words came immediately: Something is off. This isn't normal. I would discover that he had been cheating on me. And what changed my life wasn't only what I discovered about my marriage.

It was what I rediscovered about myself.

The part of me I had silenced as a little girl was still there and she knew.

That moment began a much bigger journey of learning to trust what I could sense before I could prove it. To distinguish intuition from fear, to listen to the signals in my body, and to stop automatically assuming that the answer existed somewhere outside of me.

My marriage ending was one chapter of that journey. My mother's ovarian cancer diagnosis that same day, leaving a 20+ year corporate career, building a seven-figure business, and eventually having the courage to walk away from a version of success that no longer felt like mine would ask me to trust that knowing again and again.

Over time, I began to understand something that would ultimately become the foundation of The New EI®:

My intuition wasn't separate from my leadership, my wealth, my decisions, or the life I was creating.

It was an intelligence I had spent almost three decades learning not to trust. And my work became remembering how.

WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I STARTED TRUSTING IT

Once I started listening, I couldn't go back.

Reconnecting with my intuition didn't mean I suddenly had every answer. It meant I stopped requiring proof before I trusted what I knew. That changed the way I made decisions first in my personal life, and eventually in every part of it.

I left a 20+ year corporate career and stepped into entrepreneurship. Within 18 months, I replaced my corporate income and went on to build my first company into a seven-figure brand.

But one of the greatest tests of my self-trust came after I had created the success I thought I wanted.

Because eventually, I could feel that the business I had built no longer belonged to the woman I was becoming. There was nothing obviously wrong with it. It was successful on paper, which made walking away from what was working even harder.

Everything outside of me could have been used as evidence to stay. Yet everything inside of me was telling me it was time to go.

So I listened.

I pivoted away from the identity and business I had spent years building and began again, this time around the work I knew I was actually here to do. And what followed taught me something I could no longer ignore . . .

The more deeply I trusted myself, the more powerfully I could lead, create, receive, and build wealth.

What I had once thought of simply as intuition was something much bigger. It was an intelligence that I gave a name...The New EI® (Energetic Intelligence).

THE NEW EI®

The intelligence within you that AI cannot replace.

For decades, we have been taught to value the intelligence that helps us analyze information, read other people, regulate our emotions, and respond appropriately to the world around us. Yes, those skills matter, but I believe the leaders shaping what comes next need another kind of intelligence, too.

The kind that only they can hear themselves.

The New EI® is Energetic Intelligence, the ability to recognize what you know before the outside world confirms it, discern intuition from fear, and trust yourself enough to act on it.

I've seen what happens to incredibly accomplished women when they lose access to their own signal.

They can lead companies, manage teams, build extraordinary businesses, and be the person everyone else turns to for answers, while privately questioning their own. They gather more information, ask one more person, look for another sign, and wait for enough evidence to make the decision feel safe.

Not because they aren't intelligent enough to know.

Because somewhere along the way, they learned to trust what was outside of them more than what was within them.

The New EI® changes that.

It’s the work of coming back into relationship with your own knowing so you can lead, choose, and create from internal congruence rather than external permission.

THE DEEPER WORK

But learning to trust yourself isn't only about intuition.

I spent years uncovering why I had disconnected from mine in the first place. And that journey took me beyond mindset work.

I began to see the beliefs, conditioning, fears, and inherited patterns that had shaped what I believed was safe to want, say, receive, and become. Some belonged to me and some didn't begin with me at all.

As the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors on both sides of my family, I come from a lineage shaped by extraordinary resilience and survival. And I began to understand that what gets passed through generations isn't only our stories.

We inherit ways of surviving. Beliefs about safety. Money. Visibility. Belonging. Power. What it means to have more. What it might cost to be fully seen.

Some of those patterns once protected the people who came before us, but they don't all belong in the lives we're creating now.

This became another essential layer of my work.

Because you can consciously desire more wealth, greater visibility, deeper impact, or a bigger expression of your leadership while carrying inherited patterns that tell another part of you that having those things isn't safe.

And you cannot create a new legacy while unconsciously repeating an old one.

Today, I help women recognize and shift the patterns influencing the way they lead, choose, receive, create wealth, and trust themselves.

Because when one woman changes what gets carried forward, the impact doesn't stop with her.

It reaches her business, her leadership, her relationships, her children, and her wealth.

And ultimately, the generations that come after her.

FAITH + INTUITION

I don't believe intuition is simply instinct.

For me, it’s a relationship with something greater.

My intuition has always been inseparable from my relationship with God.

It's why I don't believe our deepest knowing is something we manufacture or learn from someone else.

We remember how to access it.

My faith and spirituality have taken me around the world and deeper into myself, from my Jewish lineage and teachings to sacred experiences and places that have continually expanded my understanding of what it means to listen.

And none of that has made me less grounded in business.

It has made me more discerning within it.

I believe strategy matters. Data matters. Expertise matters. Other people's wisdom matters.

But there is a profound difference between seeking perspective and seeking permission.

Advice can sharpen your clarity. It will never replace your authority.

The goal isn't to stop listening to the world around you. It's to become so deeply connected to yourself that you no longer lose your own voice inside of it.

“When you're adapting, you adjust to the room.

When you're leading, the room adjusts to you.”

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO ME

This was never only about becoming more intuitive.

It was about becoming the woman who could trust what she knew. The woman who could make a decision without polling the room, who could create wealth without apologizing for wanting more, who could be deeply spiritual and extraordinarily ambitious, who could lead without abandoning herself in the process, and who could look at what had been handed down through generations with enormous reverence for the people who came before her and still decide . . .

This part ends with me.

That is what I want for the women I work with.

Not dependence on me for their answers. Quite the opposite.

I want them to become so deeply connected to their own intuition and inner authority that they no longer need someone outside of themselves to tell them who they are, what they want, or what they're capable of creating.

Because the greatest outcome of this work isn't that I know what you should do.

It's that you do.

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WORK

And outside of The New EI®...

I'm a mom first.

I have two sons, 20 and 17, who are two of my greatest teachers and a huge part of why the word legacy means something very real to me.

I'm also dog mom to Max, who remains completely unimpressed by any of my professional accomplishments and mostly wants to know when we're going for a walk or he can have a treat.

I live in Los Angeles, and the life I have today looks very different from the one I once imagined for myself.

I love beautiful spaces, deep conversations, travel that changes me, spirituality that asks bigger questions, and relationships where nobody has to perform.

I believe deeply in God and practice Kabbalah. I believe wealth and spirituality belong in the same conversation. I believe laughter can coexist with profound transformation. And I believe some of the most important decisions of our lives won't make sense to everyone else.

They don't have to.

They're ours to make.

Before founding The New EI®, Wendy spent more than two decades in media and sales leadership, working with companies including Horizon Media, Time Inc., Refinery29, and Who What Wear, where she built and led multimillion-dollar businesses and teams.

After leaving corporate America, Wendy replaced her corporate income within 18 months and went on to build a seven-figure entrepreneurial brand. She later followed her own intuition through another significant identity and business pivot, ultimately creating the body of work that became The New EI®.

Today, she brings together decades of leadership and business experience with her intuitive abilities, spiritual wisdom, and ability to identify the patterns and blind spots others often cannot see for themselves.

Her work gives accomplished women a place to stop looking outside themselves for answers, reconnect with their own knowing, and make the decisions that shape their wealth, leadership, impact, and legacy.

YOUR INTUITION ALREADY KNOWS.

The question is whether you trust yourself enough to listen.

You don't need another person telling you who to become.

You need the ability to hear yourself clearly when the stakes are high, the answer isn't obvious, and everyone around you has an opinion.

That is where this work begins.
